- Age Requirement: 18 years of age or older by May 24, 2027.
- Academic Standing: Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA .
- Enrollment: Full-time enrollment (minimum 12 units) at Rio Hondo College during the 2026-2027 academic year.
- Course Requirement: Must enroll in GLST 144: Global Studies 144 (1 Unit).
