You are applying for the Young Envoys Scholarship (YES) program, a special exchange initiative announced in late 2023 to bring young American students to China.

Because this is an exchange / visit program (not a degree program), you should apply for:

Step 1: The “Golden Ticket” – Your Invitation Letter

Before you start the online application, you must have your official invitation letter.

  • For the YES program, this is usually issued by China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) or your host university.
  • You cannot complete the “Inviting Entity” section without this letter.

Important Reminder

Always copy the Inviting Entity name, address, and phone number exactly from your invitation letter. Any mismatch may delay your visa.
