Study Abroad Program Payment Instructions
Section 1: Program Deposit Forms

China Study Abroad Program
Registration Deposit: $100
Note on Registration Forms: Please make sure to download and complete the correct deposit form for your designated program before submitting payment.
Section 2: Payment Options
Option A: In-Person Payment
- Take your completed program deposit form to the Cashier’s Office outside Building SS-180.
- Pay using a credit card, check, or cash.
- Obtain a physical receipt from the Cashier’s Office staff.
- Drop off a copy of your receipt at the Behavioral and Social Sciences Division Office (Room A221), directed to the attention of Christopher Flores.
Note for In-Person Payments: Your enrollment priority is confirmed once a physical copy of your receipt is turned in to Christopher Flores in Room A221.
Option B: Payment by Mail
If you prefer to submit your deposit payment by mail:
- Print and complete your program’s deposit form.
- Mail the completed form along with your check (made payable to Río Hondo College) to:
